A new VoiceWork
A calmer design, speaker names, and faster ways to capture a thought.
- Quick capture: ask Siri, use the Action Button, a widget or the Control Center button. Pause or finish from the Lock Screen.
- See your words while you record, and get a warning if the microphone hears nothing.
- Speaker detection: the transcript shows who said what, and you can rename speakers.
- Ask across all your notes, with links back to the moment an answer came from.
- To-dos with reminders, which you can also send to Apple Reminders.
- Import audio or video from Files, or share it from Voice Memos, WhatsApp and other apps.
- Export to PDF, Markdown, plain text or SRT subtitles.
- Note types (Meeting, Lecture, Interview, Journal, Idea or your own) and custom vocabulary for names and terms.
- Connect your notes to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps.
- Free plan: 120 minutes a month, up to 15 minutes per recording. Pro: unlimited, with recordings up to 2 hours.
