For teams, managers and founders

Meeting notes without taking notes

Be in the conversation. VoiceWork writes down what was decided and who does what.

A small team talking around a table with a phone recording the meeting

Taking notes while you talk means you miss half of the meeting. With VoiceWork, you press record and put the phone on the table, or start it from the menu bar on your Mac. When the meeting ends you get a clear note: what was discussed, what was decided and what happens next.

No bot joins your call and nobody gets an invite. VoiceWork records on your own device.

How VoiceWork helps

  • Who said what

Speakers are detected for you. Name them once, and the summary and to-dos use their names.

  • Decisions and to-dos, sorted

Choose the Meeting note type and the summary comes in sections: summary, decisions, action items and open questions.

  • Online calls too

The Mac app records both sides of a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call. In Chrome or Edge, the web app can record a meeting tab without installing anything.

  • Follow-up in one tap

Turn the note into a follow-up email or a meeting report, or send a read-only link to the people who missed it.

  • Nothing slips

Set a reminder on any to-do, or send it to Apple Reminders.

  • Find it later

Ask "What did we decide about the launch date?" and get the answer with a link to the moment it was said.
